Very fast service. Only an hour for a grease/oil job plus washing the truck! Waiting area was comfortable and pleasant. Free soft drink was a bonus. Noticed coffee was also available. I will definitely use Homan Chevrolet, Ripon for service and possible next purchase.

I know there was only 1 service guy at the desk but the oil change took 90 minutes if not more. Not sure why, yes they were busy but usually only take 1 hour at the most.

I brought my vehicle in for a recall and asked that they check out a ticking noise. The recall was on the engine. When I came to pick up the vehicle I was told to pay the balance at the cashier. I mentioned this service was for a recall so there should be no balance. He said they charged me to check the engine noise I mentioned when I dropped off the vehicle. It would have been nice for them to explain there was an additional charge to check an engine noise.

Every thing was very good during the service it seemed. It was when I was driving home I found the technician or service person cleared the "engine air filter life monitor & reset it after changing out the cabin air filter. These are two different things and the engine air filter monitor should not have been reset to 100% life. I took care of the mistake that same night and put in a new air filter at home.
